KPG Entertainment was founded in December 2018 on the island of Lesvos by esteemed producer and casting director Sotiria Marini and producer Giorgos Kyriakos. KPG Entertainment was established in Lesvos, because of our aspiration to decentralize the film and television production industry from its traditional hub in Athens. This strategic move aims to harness the unique stories and talents from all around Greece, especially those from the Aegean islands, offering regional culture and stunning natural settings to European and international audiences. KPG have also established an ISO 9001 compliant quality management system to create more chances for entering the international markets as a result of the improvement of the image and credibility of the company.

Sotiria Marini, member of the Hellenic Film Academy, is a pivotal figure in the Greek casting world and has collaborated with numerous directors and producers since the early 1990s. Her ability to connect actors coming from the world of theater to the cinema, coupled with her strategic vision, has positioned KPG Entertainment as a leader in the film industry in Greece. Under her leadership, the company fosters a collaborative culture that promotes open communication and teamwork. Working alongside her is Giorgos Kyriakos, a highly experienced producer known for his expertise in production planning, budgeting, and strategic leadership. Together, they form a dynamic partnership that drives the company towards success.

KPG Entertainment plans to invest in local talent and resources to produce films, series, documentaries and immersive narratives that resonate with Greek and international audiences while promoting our cultural heritage. In the European market, KPG Entertainment seeks to strengthen partnerships with both higher and lower capacity production companies and participate in international film festivals to increase visibility and market penetration.
